Headphone Rotator Clip • Part No. HRC

Once in a while, we get a request for the little clip that holds the earpieces onto the Noise Reduction Headphone. The headphone rotator cliip is the part that connects the earpiece to the headband and allows the earpiece to slide up and down the headband.

Inside the earpiece are some foam pads that are used to help reduce and absorb noise. If you remove the foam, you will be able to access the tip of the headphone rotator clip. There are a couple of rubber washers that snap onto the tip of the headphone rotator clip, and these hold the earpiece in place. The headphone rotator clip is the part of the Noise Reduction Headphone that allows the earpiece to rotate. Inside. After removing the rubber washers, the headphone rotator clip will be released from the earpiece so that it can be replaced.

If you are replacing the headband or the rotator clips, you slide the rotator clips all the way to the end of the headband. Then you can release the clip on the rotator clip and it will allow you to slide the rotator clip right off the end of the headband. The rotator clip then can be slid right back onto the new headband.
