Replacement 100mm Sized Leatherette Cushions for Headphones and Headsets

For Round earpieces, measure the size of your earpiece from edge to edge to determine the headphone diameter

The 100mm Leatherette Cushions are approximately 100mm (3 15/16 inches) across the diameter of the Cushion. They will fit onto an earpiece that is smaller than 100mm, between 84mm and 93mm (equivalent to between 3 5/16 to 3 5/8 inches). That's why you need to measure your earpiece size and not the size of your old cushion.

For Oval Shape Cushions, follow the instructions below to determine the average diameter by measuring the earpiece circumference:

1. Remove the existing cushion from your headphone or headset, so you can see the part of the earpiece that your cushion will wrap around.
2. Cut a thin strip of paper and wrap it around the outer edge of your earpiece, marking the paper at the point where it wraps around and meets the other end.
3. Measure the length of that paper strip; That will be the circumference.
4. Divide the circumference by 3.14 (known as "PI". So if the paper strip measured 11 inches, for example, you divide 11 by 3.14 and the result will be 3.5 inches. That is the decimal equivalent to 3 ½ inches; That is the diameter. Use the diameter to decide which cushion will fit onto your earpiece.

The 100mm Leatherette Cushions (below) will fit onto an earpiece that is between 3 5/16 inches and 3 5/8 inches in diameter (or between 84mm and 93mm if you measured using a millimeter ruler).
