The Thin and Thick 60mm foam earpads will fit the same diameter earpieces. The Thick foam earpads have additional sponge foam padding, so they feel more comfortable against your ears, especially if you must wear a headphone or headset in a call center for most of the day. Keep in mind that if you replace thin foam earpads with ones that are thicker than your original foam earpads, you will notice that they might feel a bit tighter against your ears. If your headphones seem to fit kind of loose to begin with, you might find that the thicker foam earpads provide a better way to hold the headphones in place while providing additional padding. If the headphones were already tight fitting, you might want to stick with style of foam earpads that were similar to your headset's original foam earpad style.

To correctly size the replacement foam earpads, you will need to know your headphone earpiece diameter. There are three methods to measure your earpiece diameter. Keep in mind that before making the measurement of your headset or headphone earpiece, you must first remove the existing foam earpad.

• Circular Earpieces: You can measure the distance going across the earpiece from edge to edge = Diameter
• Oval Earpieces: [Measurement Across Earpiece + Measurement from top-to-bottom of Earpiece] ÷ 2 = Diameter
• Measure Circumference: Use a string, dental floss or thin strip of paper to measure the distance around the outer edge of the earpiece to get the circumference. Divide the circumference value by 3.14 = Diameter

The 60mm foam earpieces will fit a headphone earpiece diameter that averages between 1 3⁄4 and 2 1⁄8 inches or 45.5 to 54mm in average diameter.
